• This is a very interesting opportunity for someone who would like to be responsible of leading and managing a staff of 150-200 employees in a well known restaurant and bar company, which is offering this vacancy to work in its store placed in Florence, Italy. The company also has other several stores around the world

Se requiere

• Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior / FP 2.
• Especialidad de Hosteleria
• Con experiencia, Entre 1 y 3 años.
• You will need to posses important experience living and/or working in the USA. You must have a high knowledge of English and Italian. (You must be able to deal in both languages in the same way you do it in your mother tongue). You must have a previous management experience in a restaurant/bar environment. High knowledge of managing team works is also desirable. Experience of managing both front and back of store. You will be required to have an excellent relationship with both staff and customers. You must have strong experience in a high volume restaurant where customers are given a friendly personal service.
• You will have to demonstrate a passionate attitude, as well as a hardworking, open and welcoming personality. It is also desirable to have important experience in kitchen, bar and kitchen table duties. You will help to manage the payroll to achieve financial targets, ensuring the company’s growth. Build and manage an open and trusting relationship with both staff and external contacts. You will have a full time rotary schedule from Monday to Thursday. On weekends the schedule could be extended. You must ensure all works adhere to current legislation and quality policy/practices. Appropriate process to manage health and safety issues.
